Your letter was sent to her parents and the police, and I took the words given and sent them out to her loved ones for prayer. I used the prayers given as well during my meditation and felt the presence of God/Spirit/Source with me.

I had a personal channeling session with Shelli. We weren't sure it would work, but it did! She was able to tap me into a conversation with my higher self. I learned my soul's purpose for this lifetime, learned about what holds me back and discovered a lot about generational wounds and my spirit team. This session with Shelli channeling messages from my higher self now requires a lot of work on my part because I'm trying to heal old wounds (and newer ones). In healing there is often a lot to reflect upon and a great deal of willingness to surrender. I received so much information that I have to work on it and journal it in small doses.

During my session, my sorrow over my sister's death came up in conversation and she asked me if I wanted to see if she could receive a message from Wendy. I, of course, said YES! And for anyone wondering if this kind of thing is real, I believe this message came directly from my sister. Wendy died of cancer and she had been fighting hard because she didn't want to leave her daughter and fiancé alone without her. At the end, I was with her every moment and I kept whispering to her to go be free, to separate from her pain. I had also told the hospice worker that I felt a little guilty dosing her with all that medication and my sister was in the room at the time. Hospice assured me I had nothing to feel guilty about, but it was hard to accept. So I stayed dedicated to alleviating her pain and talking to her about how okay it was for her to leave us.

This is part of Wendy's message to me, "It’s me. I’m okay. I’m more than okay—I’m free.

I know this hasn’t been easy. I know there are moments you look for me and wonder if I can hear you. The answer is yes. Every thought, every whisper, every tear—you’re not imagining it. I feel you.

Please don’t carry guilt or ‘what ifs.’ None of what happened was your fault. My Soul was ready to return home. And it’s so beautiful here, beyond anything I could’ve imagined. I need you to live now—not just exist, but live... You’re here for a reason, Cindy. And the world still needs your light." Wow, I'm glad I brought a handkerchief with me because the tears still flow every time I revisit this message. Today I'm much more at peace because my sister is at peace and free.

I knew that my sister's best friend (who was the only person with me when her spirit passed from her body to her afterlife) has been grieving deeply as well. I suggested that she reach out to Shelli and she shared with me that she too received a message from Wendy that resonated for her, she said it was both "comforting and empowering" to receive that personal message from her best friend.

I won't pretend to have all the answers about the ways in which the universe works. I do know that if I want to access the more spiritual aspects of my existence, Shelli Cohen is a great spiritual guide and I'm deeply grateful for her presence in my life. And, in the way that the universe works, she did show up in my life at the divine moment.
