For My Book (PDF)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF downloads are final and non-refundable.

If you encounter any issues accessing your files, please contact me at hello@shellicohen.com, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

For Sacred Journey Services

Full payment is required to secure your Sacred Journey session.

I understand that life happens, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your session may be rescheduled once within a 3-month window, subject to availability.

For late cancellations (less than 72 hours) or no-shows, the full session fee is non-refundable.

Thank you for understanding and respecting the energy and time that goes into holding this sacred space for you.

For Channeling Sessions

Because of the deeply personal and energetic nature of my channeling work, all channeling sessions and Soul-guided offerings are non-refundable. Each message is received and shared in full presence, with the intention of serving your highest good, even if the insights may unfold in layers over time.

Please purchase with an open heart and a clear readiness to receive what your Soul is ready to reveal.
